标题: stc-isp-v3.8 安装问题（急）

在windows7 32bit的OS下安装stc-isp-v3.8(STC89C52芯片烧写软件)时，提示"Conponent 'MSCOMM32.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid"，有将'MSCOMM32.OCX' 这个文件拷贝到C:\Windows\System32下，然后在run里执行"regsvr C:\Windows\System32\MSCOMM32.OCX"，可是系统一直提示找不到此文件，并无法注册，请各位大虾指点一下!TKS! (注：XP下可以运行)

手动注册控件
使用方法:
将压缩文件解压后，将其中的批处理文件register.bat copy 到STC-ISP的应用程序所在的目录,然后直接运行
