在MPLAB X IDE上编译好程序后能成功运行，也成功烧录（利用PICKIT-4）到开发板上（慧净电子HL-K18），但在MPLAB里却无法调试，浏览了许多网站问题还是无法解决，弹出的错误如下，请各位大佬指点一下The target device is not ready for debugging. Please check your configuration bit settings and program the device before proceeding. The most common causes for this failure are oscillator and/or PGC/PGD settings.
