经过几天的努力终于可以在Proteus 8 示波器显示小功率晶体管输出特性曲线图形了
采用数字电位器生成阶梯电压。在生成每个阶梯的同时产生同步信号(占空比%90~95),反向后供锯齿波产生电路。
