先出现00，01，然后乱码，08，09，十位数一直为0，不增加

代码太少，看不出来。你可以上网多下几份别人的程序，总有一份是合适正常的，再修改成自己需要的代码。

要电路（含特殊器件型号）+全部代码，这样才可以避免乱猜
