曾经在一台装了vista的电脑上看过动态的桌面，效果非常眩目，win7好像不再支持这个插件了，但是网上还是给出了解决方案：

Windows DreamScene 是 Windows Vista Ultimate Extras 中的组件，用户可通过 DreamScene 将视频等设置为桌面背景，但微软并没有在 Windows 7 中推出 DreamScene，不过仍可用以下方法为 Windows 7 增加 DreamScene 功能。

具体方法与之前在非 Windows Vista Ultimate 系统中启用 DreamScene 功能类似：

首先确保 Windows Aero 透明效果已经开启
以管理员身份运行 Windows7-DreamScene.exe（此处下载）
该安装包会将 DreamScene.dll 复制至 %WinDir%\System32 文件夹，DreamScene.dll.mui 至 %WinDir%\System32\en-US 文件夹，并添加必要的注册表值（自动）
重启 Explorer.exe 进程（自动）即完成

该方法安装的 Windows DreamScene 支持视频播放/暂停，或声音开启/禁用，但在 Windows 7 的个性化壁纸设置中无具体选项。大家可在任何支持的 .WMV 和 .MPG 视频右键菜单中点击“设为桌面背景 Set as Desktop Background”将该视频设为 DreamScene 桌面。

其实喜欢的视频不是wmv的也没关系，如果是avi，将扩展名改成wmv的就成了。

使用时还是发现有问题的，就是桌面上图标的文字也变得透明了，只有文字的阴影是可见的，以下是网上的解决方法：

Alternative method:另一種方法：

Right click on Desktop , and select Personalize .右鍵點擊桌面，並選擇個性化 。
Go to Desktop Background section at the bottom.轉到桌面背景部分的底部。
Under Picture Position drop down menu, select Fill .在圖片位置下拉菜單中選擇填寫(填充？但是重启后又会变成平铺！！！) 。
Click on Save changes button.點擊保存更改按鈕。 The desktop background will be reset to default wallpaper.桌面背景將被重置為默認的牆紙。
Set the video clip as DreamScene motion desktop background again.設置視頻剪輯 DreamScene的議案作為桌面背景了。 The desktop icons' text will remain visible in white color font.桌面上的圖標'文本將仍然顯示在白色的字體。

就是说要先选择默认的win7的桌面，再选择动态视频就可以了，不过这种方法不长久，很快又会变成透明的，而第二种方法则可以持续到下次启动
