ADuM347x DAC电流、电压输出隔离电路设计 电路原理图+BOM表

电路原理图:


工业和仪器仪表系统,以及可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)和分布式控制系统(DCS),常常必须控制输出。控制方式有两种:电流控制(4 mA至20 mA)和电压控制(高达±10 V)。通常,此类设计还需要与本地系统控制器隔离,以防形成接地环路,同时确保不受外部事件影响。传统解决方案利用分立IC提供电源和数字隔离。当需要多通道隔离时,分立解决方案的成本和空间会变得非常不利。基于光隔离器的解决方案通常具有合理的输出调节,但需要额外的外部元件,因而会使电路板面积增大。电源模块常常体积庞大,而且输出调节可能不佳。图1所示电路基于ADuM347x系列隔离器(ADuM3470、ADuM3471、ADuM3472、ADuM3473、ADuM3474),集成了数字隔离、PWM控制的电源调节电路和相关的反馈隔离。使用外部变压器将功率传输到隔离栅的另一端。16位DAC AD5422 提供电流和电压输出。
