介绍了一种RFID射频识别系统的设计与实现[1]。该设计采用低频125KHz传输信号,射频卡选用EM4001,发射和接收信号采用集成模块U2270B,信号的编码和解码采用曼彻斯特编码,主控模块采用STC89C51。经验证,该设计满足门禁系统的要求。
